Indications: ProHex-4 Spray is indicated as an aid in the treatment of superficial skin conditions caused by bacteria, fungi, ringworm and yeasts that are responsive to the activity of chlorhexidine. ProHex-4 Spray is antiseptic, antifungal and antibacterial and is indicated for dogs and cats. This product is intended to be used adjunctively in protocols for the management of skin conditions under the supervision of your veterinarian. Active Ingredient: 4.0% w/w Chlorhexidine digluconate. Inactive Ingredients: Purified water, Propylene Glycol, Mineral Oil, Polysorbate 80, Glycerine, Fragrance, Climbazole (preservative), FDC Blue. Directions for use: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING. Apply 1 spray per 5kg, the number of sprays maybe doubled for long-haired dogs. Brush the pet against the natural fur line and spray ProHex-4 by holding the pump 30cm from the pet’s body so as to spread out the product all over the targeted area. May be used once or twice a week or as directed by your veterinarian for the specific disorder being treated. Contraindications: Do not use in animals which are hypersensitive to any component of this formulation. Cautions: For topical use only. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. If irritation occurs discontinue use and consult your veterinarian. Consult a veterinarian before using this on debilitated animals, or if not possible, refrain from using. Storage: Store in a cool dry place (15 C – 30 C). Do not freeze.
